By using Chroma, you agree to use the app lawfully and in accordance with the rules of the store where you obtained it.

Color results

Chroma estimates colors from a device camera. Lighting, camera hardware, display calibration, and surrounding surfaces affect the result. Do not use Chroma where an exact scientific, medical, safety, manufacturing, or contractual color measurement is required.

Your palettes

You are responsible for maintaining any palettes you want to keep. Removing the app or clearing its storage may permanently delete locally saved palettes.

Availability

We may improve, change, or discontinue features as the app evolves. Applicable consumer rights and store refund rules are not limited by these terms.
